These rules govern student attendance and absence procedures to ensure academic continuity and proper communication between school and parents.
No one who was absent in the previous day will be able to enter class without the information of principal.
Students must submit an application for long term absent stating real cause.
Leave of absence is not granted except on prior written application from the parents/guardians except in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Absence for marriage within the family only 2 days leave is granted.
Absence from the school during examination will never be permitted except in case of illness as it will adversely affect the students grade in test. Neither retest nor examination will be conducted in advance.
Students have to pay a fine in case they remain absent without any prior information either written or over phone.
Medical Quarantine Rules
A student returning to the school after suffering from an infectious disease should produce a medical certificate for meeting him to join classes subject to conditions laid down below. Students suffering from the following must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to school:
